Reviews
Very impressed with their setup. Very organized and then staff provided great info. Also indoors is paraphernalia like t-shirts, ball caps, etc. of course, heavily film themed. One person that helped us that deserves mentioning, Stephanie.
Free toilets for both sexes is about 100 yards from the tourist bureau. It is directly across from the splendid hotel.

The staff at the tourist office in Cannes is extremely helpful and polite. Ask the tough questions.
There is an electric bus for .80 euros that will take one up to the top of old town. It’s will worth the experience. Do not be shy to speak with the locals. I did and this was the best part of the trip.
If coming from Nice, one can take the 620 bus which is the least expensive way but will take 1 1/2 hours or taking the train which is double the price but only takes 22-26 minutes.
The pro with taking the bus. You can chat with locals and learn about small towns. The con of course it taking much more time. Regardless, spend time at both Cannes and Monte Carlo!
I did and I highly recommend.
Very friendly and informative about the area sites and Cannes film fest, as I asked alot of questions. Thank you!
They weren't helpful at all. Tried speaking French to be polite and it's wasn't to their standard. They ignored me when I asked for simple directions in both French and English. I even used Google Translate and they blew me off.
Good stuff, polite, nice, available for all your questions, giving you fright advices, maps etc.
Being in Cannes was a very good experience
Unfortunately it was spoiled by my visit in that souvenir shop
Wanted to buy a t-shirt and there was no changing room whatsoever
When I asked if there is any space to try the t-shirt on the girls from the helping desk said that there isn’t any and I should try it on the top of my shirt !!!
I think it is ridiculous that they don’t have a changing room and being rude in a place like this
Hopefully they will get better
I guess there are not enough tourists to allow them to accommodate a changing room
Wide area, plenty of brochures, very nice people taking their time to give you the right advices or information. Everything we learnt there was useful for us and we did not get disappointed.
Loads of brochures with all the info you need for your stay in Cannes! Friendly and helpful staff. One of the most organized tourist offices I've come across.
